The Introduction to building surveying and Foundations of building surveying programmes provide the ideal learning pathway for those looking to enter the industry or those newer to the industry who seek to upskill and achieve Res 1 competency more quickly.
These two programmes are suitable for those who already have a Regulation 18 qualification and seek to add the BCA context to their existing knowledge. They are also suited to those intending to commence the NZ Certificate in Building Regulatory Environment or the NZ Diploma of Building Surveying.
