Foundations of Building Surveying
The Foundations of Building Surveying programme is designed with building managers to take newer staff to Res 1 competency more quickly.
It also provides the critical building controls context for starters who already have a Regulation 18 qualification, while preparing other newer staff for the demands of the Diploma of Building Surveying. For a list of Regulation 18 qualifications, please click here.
The programme gets newer staff upskilled and on-board more quickly, helping attract, retain and develop staff to industry requirements.
The fourteen courses are designed to cover certain key performance requirements of Res 1 competency and work alongside the learner’s practical experience in a BCA.
Held online, the programme supports cost-effectiveness, national coverage and provides flexibility between a learner’s time in study and on the job.
