TA009 NZS4229:2013 CONCRETE MASONRY BUILDINGS NOT REQUIRING SPECIFIC ENGINEERING DESIGN
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
As one of the main construction methods for low-rise buildings along with timber frame construction, an understanding of the principles and requirements of concrete masonry is an essential part of building surveying knowledge.
This course will provide an understanding of the content of the NZS 4229:2013 and NZS 4210:2001 and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance of a completed concrete masonry construction.
