The Constitution, Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics form key components of the Institute’s governance and professional standards framework. Collectively, they provide the foundation for how the Institute operates and is governed.

The Constitution sets out the Institute’s purpose, structure and key rules, together with the rights and responsibilities associated with membership.

If you believe a member’s conduct may be inconsistent with the Institute’s Constitution, Code of Conduct or Code of Ethics, you can raise your concerns with the Institute. 

Please note: BOINZ can only investigate concerns relating to current members of the Institute. We do not have the authority to investigate or take action in relation to non-members.
